It’s 2023, science and technology has propelled us as humans forward, yet many of us find ourselves yearning for something more profound. Despite the incredible achievements of our intellect, we can often feel spiritually starved and mentally unwell. The restlessness of our minds, perpetually racing with thoughts, leaves us disconnected from the present moment. This article explores the concept of embodiment and delves into the teachings of Eckhart Tolle on presence, shedding light on how embracing our embodied existence can lead us to a more fulfilling and spiritually enriched life.

The Challenge of Disconnecting from the Mind

In a world filled with distractions and constant stimulation, finding inner peace and silence seems like an elusive endeavour.
